Welcome to the Research website of Inaya Medical College, Riyadh. Inaya Medical College aspires to be leaders in academics and Research. We at Scientific Research Unit (SRU) focuses on student and faculty research to achieve the vision and mission of the College.
We invite students and faculty to come up with novel research ideas and transfer them in to research projects and make research outputs in the form of publications and innovations. SRU conducts series of workshops for Faculty and Students to make them research oriented and also conducts regular Journal Clubs to discuss the updates of the scientific field.
The goal of SRU is to promote and advance novel research studies that bring together basic and clinical scientists in an integrated, hypothesis-driven and thematically based research environment.

Second Annual student research day was held on 3rd March 2020. Students from the departments of IMC participated in it by presenting their research.
The ceremony was a grand success with the presence of large number of students and faculty. Prof Abdullah Al Bekeiri, Dean and Dr Fahad Al Moqbel , Vice Dean, IMC with the Scientific Research Committee and organising committee made this event a memorable one. Scientific Research Unit Chair, Dr Saumy Johnson said that this event was part of the research activities of SRU and was helpful in igniting scientific and research thought in students of IMC.
Student research day was held on 19th February 2019 at Inaya Medical College as part of the research activities. There were Oral presentations and Poster display by the student researchers of the college. The Inaya Research Award was bagged by the best oral and poster presenters on the Student Research day. Scientific committee evaluated the researches very carefully and there was scientific discussion on each research which were presented.
The Day was made special by the opening ceremony by Dr. Sami Abdul Al Kareem, Chairman Board of Trustees and Prof Abdulla Al Bekairi, Dean of IMC. Vice Dean and Heads of all the departments also were present during the event.
Research day was attended by a huge number of students and Faculty from IMC and they interacted well with the student researchers. Medical Companies displayed their products in the exhibition hall, which gave an opportunity for the attendees to know the newer products of their field in the market.
